Day Trips From Pattaya - Ko Sametposted on 16 April 2010 | posted in Pattaya Day Trips Ko Samet is a paradise island - small enough to walk around in a day, and yet quiet enough to feel as if you're alone on the island (this is true if you walk along its inner roads - you can find a quiet little bay all to yourself!). It has beautiful beaches - aquamarine coloured sea washes up to fine white sand. The night life is quiet as you'd expect - a perfect getaway from Pattaya.Most Pattaya hotels can organize your transport to the island. It's a 45 minute bus journey to Ban Phe Pier, then another 45 mins by ferry to Ao Wongdeun (where most of the guesthouses are on Ko Samet).
